This privacy policy describes how Individual Entrepreneur Andrey Karakotov (“ANDREY KARAKOTOV s/o ANATOLIY”, state registration number 269.1224074, TIN 35232982, registered in the Republic of Armenia; “I”, “me”) collects, uses, and protects personal data of people who visit this website or contact me in connection with my services.

• Message content when you contact me by email or through messaging channels (such as WhatsApp, Telegram, or Instagram), including the history of our conversation.

This website itself does not use cookies, analytics, or tracking scripts.

2. Why I process this data

• To respond to your inquiries and communicate with you.
• To provide, schedule, and deliver the services you request.

Data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure (DigitalOcean) with access limited to me. I retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described above or as required by law.

I do not sell or rent personal data. Data is not shared with third parties, except for service providers that process it on my behalf (such as hosting and messaging platforms) and cases where disclosure is required by law.
